This workshop series is designed to address struggles that the average college student may encounter. The goal is to provide information and skills which may be used to improve communication, resiliency, and reduce anxiety. The workshop will also address things such social media and substance use which can impact academic functioning.
This workshop is open to all students and you are encouraged to attend more than one workshop day, as the topics vary.
